What affects your price
Our plans have starting prices because the work needed varies a lot between businesses. The main factors are:
- Competition. Ranking a personal injury firm in Toronto takes far more content and links than ranking a landscaper in Brandon.
- Locations and service areas. Each location or significant service area adds pages, profile work and reporting.
- Languages. French or other languages add separate research and native content.
- The state of your site. Serious technical problems need fixing before anything else works, sometimes as a separate project.
- How much you do yourself. Some clients write content or handle reviews in-house, which reduces the work we do.
After the free review, we recommend a plan and confirm a fixed monthly price in writing. If your needs change, the price changes only with your agreement.
Which plan fits?
| Your business | Usually fits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One location serving a city or region | Local | Map and local rankings drive most customers |
| Competing across a large city or province | Growth | Needs ongoing content, links and technical work |
| Several locations | National, or Growth with per-location pricing | Every location needs its own local SEO |
| Online store selling across Canada | National | Large catalogues need technical and category work |
| Serving English and French customers | Growth or National, plus French | Two markets with separate research and content |
Common questions
Why a three-month start?
The first month is mostly audit, set-up and fixes. Results build in months two and three. Judging SEO in less time than that leads to bad decisions.
Do prices include tax?
No. GST, HST or PST is added depending on your province.
Can I change plans?
Yes, with 30 days' notice, up or down.
